In this case he was removing warnings for vandalism. Those are comments from another editor and I felt they should be restored. - Not a problem. This is at most a very minor issue, and I was on the fence about even mentioning it. I consider it to be akin to forgetting to sign a talk page comment; technically incorrect behavior but really no big deal.
