Hi! I am a person who has been out of the martial arts for about 6 years. My weapon of choice was the nunchaku. I no longer have my instructor to direct me, so I am a bit confused. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.
