Task forces for WP East Anglia use lower case "Wikiproject"

Please see:

Wikipedia:Wikiproject East Anglia/Task forces/Essex/to do so that it would transclude on the task force page, but as of yet, I didn't move the "Wikiproject" subpages to match "WikiProject East Anglia", using upper case "WikiProject". Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to List of bus routes in Stowmarket & Needham Market, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary.
