Hello Renilo77. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Renilo77. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Renilo77|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. 331dot (talk) 20:30, 19 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the caution. However, I honestly disclose that this article is purely drafted for a person noteworthy to be mentioned. The article is not edited expecting compensation or received any financial aid or any form of profitable gains to be received from any source in the future, whatsoever. I submit and declare that my account may be banned action may be taken as per actionable terms as deemed fit by wiki on the event such anomalies are found. You took a picture of him, and he was clearly aware of this, so how do you know him in order to take a picture of him? 331dot (talk) 08:38, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I am unaware if I'm violating any of wiki regulations, I'm sorry if that's the case. However, he is known to me. I suppose someone had to write about someone who he knows him well. And so I have to a take his photo to upload it. Renilo77 (talk) 20:02, 23 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
How do you know him? 331dot (talk) 20:56, 23 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I know him because he is from my village and he is a recognized leader not even in my chakhesang community but also in the greater Nagaland State of India. I admire him and I think he deserves to be included in esteemed wiki for researchers and also for young people who often approach him and looks for his biography..
I will be really grateful if you can kindly guide me through in making his biography acceptable. Since im very new and doesnt know how to make his article notable. There are many articles in google about him but I don't know how to cite and to which sentence. Kindly please help my village community.
Also, how do I contribute about villages under Phek district in Nagaland state of India? There are about 80 plus villages but only few minor villages are listed.. I want to write about almost all villages.
Will be looking forward for your guidance, please. Renilo77 (talk) 14:54, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So you just approached him on the street and asked him to let you take his photo for Wikipedia?
The biggest issue with your draft is that your references are not in-line with the information being referenced. This is vital for
Referencing for beginners
.
Most established villages merit articles, but there still needs to be something written about them in independent
reliable sources. 331dot (talk) 16:00, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply

No... Not in any streets.. It was in his home. He is very old and senile now. The photo I uploaded was a photo taken in the earlier years.. But like I disclosed, I didn't do this draft for any kind of profit making. Neither am I writer nor experienced in writing as u can easily make out from my draft.. So I need your help as to how I could refine it further, and so needing your guidance.
Thanks for your inputs, definitely looks like I have to re-write everything again then make references proper for further scrutiny.
Regarding this one "Most established villages merit articles, but there still needs to be something written about them in independent reliable sources." I have sources, but the ignorance that I have being, I can't find the link to add village names and start writing on each village. The link I will find it now and send it for your reference Renilo77 (talk) 17:11, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Here.. I want to add more villages since not all villages are listed. Some villages are hyperlinked with more description. Whereas some major villages are not even listed. For example, under phek-circle-chizami.. Some villages are not listed.
Also how do add village names? And how do I write a description for villages which have no description? I wish to contribute Renilo77 (talk) 17:18, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You may use the
article wizard
to help you create drafts. I would suggest you look at other articles about villages or communities to get an idea of the form and structure. I am unfamiliar with Indian villages to know good examples myself.
Regarding the gentleman you took a photo of, you must declare an unpaid
conflict of interest. 331dot (talk) 17:22, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply

How in declare? On my page? Or do I have to submit declaration from template form?
Ok. I have one more doubt.. This village under phek district, chizami circle have no citations but got published.. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porba I want to create a village page somewhat like this for all other villages..
Can it be in the same manner as my biography draft now? By way of submitting another page? Renilo77 (talk) 17:30, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
How do I disclose my declaration? Can it be in this form at the top of my page?
