Thanks for uploading File:Powder turn.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

listing of 20 companies, none of which is First Media, so how is it supposed to verify the claim that "In 2019 it reached 60 million US TV homes"?

It is also odd that this source, which actually talks about the company's TV channel BabyFirst at some depth, is used only to support the info that the channel exists without a single word about the detailed criticism levelled at it; in the same vein, this source, one of the few that is actually about First Media, is used only to verify the number of employees – a very quick look at the source shows that there are other more relevant things that could be taken from that source, if there are other sources as well to satisfy

WP:CORPDEPTH

. The failure to mention anything that isn't positive means that this is more of a promotional effort than an attempt to create an encyclopedia article.

But it really doesn't seem as if First Media is independently notable.
