Request reason:

My account was hacked and I had contacted person who has hacked my account. He has assured me that he will never do this again. I had only two accounts one is rudra.shukla and other is Rudradhar. Edit after 15 February 2013 was not made by me.

Decline reason:

Once an account has been hacked, it cannot be unblocked - we have no idea of knowing who is now in control of the account, the original owner or the hacker. So for this reason, I have to increase the block to indefinite, sorry.
