Hi, in your edit to the Greek cuisine article, you say "Origins: tzatziki is of ancient origin to Greeks and Greece. http://www.goodeatsfanpage.com/Season8/gyro/gyro.htm". What evidence do you have for this? Both yoghurt and tzatziki have Turkish names and were apparently introduced by Turkic tribes to Greece and the Balkans (probably before the Ottoman period).
