Senetsudaien I know nothing about fashion, and am not familiar with most of the names in your draft, but I do know a little about how an encyclopedia article should be written. As an example, I have quickly rewritten the Career section, removing much of the flowery language, as well as some of the name dropping. I hope this is of help to you when you rewrite your article. CURRENT VERSION

His natural talent for drawing, and his desire of becoming a fashion designer, led him to the acclaimed Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York. Winning a scholarship for top designers during his time at FIT led him to be featured in an article in Women's Wear Daily, a leading fashion publication and a job as an assistant at a lingerie company in the early 60's.^[1][2]

Leiba's to begin with major work was as an assistant with designer Gerald McCann in London. He worked retail at Brown's of London, one of the most influential boutiques in the world of fashion.^[1][2]

Leiba studied and worked in London^[3] but never took care of his immigration status and was constrained to take off London by British immigration authorities and moved back to New York in the 70's. Through a friend at Molton Brown, a partner of Brown's, he met a photographer Albert Watson and started working with him. And afterward Irving Penn and a few of the other photographers, to which Leiba traits much of his victory.^[1][2]

In the 1970's, he worked for Andy Warhol in the early days of Interview Magazine as a part of the launching team.^{[3][4][5][6][7][8]} And notably styled a 15-year-old Jodie Foster for the cover, as well as Mary Tyler-Moore over there.^[3][1][2] Thus, Leiba began working with leading figures in the fashion world including Irving Penn and Horst P Horst. Leiba's first work with Penn was a L'OrÈal shoot in Paris, whom he portrays as "the Rembrandt of Photography". A long time afterward, he met Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis at Penn's exhibition at the Gallery of Museum of Modern Art in New York.^[1][2][9]

A significant moment in Leiba's career was when Anna Wintour of New York Magazine named him as one of the Best 5 stylists in America in the late 1970s.^[3] Within the early 1980's, he was appointed creative director of Harper's Bazaar (of the Hearst Group)^{[4][5][6][7][8]} and afterward selected by Anna Wintour herself to come to CondÈ Nast.^[6][8] He in the long run left Hearst Group in the early 1990's to end up as a fashion director at one of CondÈ Nast's Allure magazine. Leiba left this position to return to freelancing in the mid-1990's.^[1][2]

In the mid-1990's, Leiba connected back together, with his old buddies from Studio 54, Steve Rubell and Ian Schrager. Leiba was held to plan the appearance for their first hotel's staff, ìMorgans Hotelî. Ever since, he has collaborated with Ian Schrager to design the uniforms for his most boutique hotels, including the Morgan, Hudson and Royalton in New York, The Delano in Miami, the Mondrian in Los Angeles, the Cliff in San Francisco and St Martin's Lane and Sanderson in London. Recently, Calvin Klein engaged him to design the staff uniform at Klein's luxury condo residence in New York.^[1][2][8][9]

Within the late 1990's, Leiba joined InStyle magazine.^[5][6][7][8] He also collaborated with Vanity Fair in Europe and some other publications around the world. He worked with Tom Ford of Gucci for his perfume launch, consults with designers for their collections and shows, including Bill Blass and Catherine Malandrino, and freelances on a wide range of ventures, counting the design for the Sony concept stores.^[1][2]

Currently, he focuses on educating young people about empowering them to achieve their full potential and what it takes to work in fashion.^[3]
