Changes on Project Zomboid

Just wondering why you deleted the section linking to the steam workshop page? Seems odd to only get rid of that part when it can be useful to people trying to understand the game. Zeke1324 (talk) 11:59, 23 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia isn't supposed to be a game guide or try to explain how game systems work according to the manual of style. Linking to a third-party modding site I've never seen before on wikipedia and it's not really suitable as of course wikipedia isn't supposed to be a tutorial or a guide. Linking to the steam workshop, a website with 120 million active users and almost anyone who plays games will know, is not out of line with the context of explaining what a specific game is. People who are looking at the game on wikipedia, to understand what the game is like, will be interested in finding out the extra depth of the game. I understand why you believe that wikipedia isn't a 'game guide' but simply removing the content with clearly no understanding of the game is inappropriate. I am going to restore my change, feel free to start a discussion on the talk page if you feel others would agree with you. Zeke1324 (talk) 00:55, 26 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
