Hello, I'm SerChevalerie. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on 2020 Bangalore riots, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! SerChevalerie (talk) 05:41, 14 August 2020 (UTC)

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Swarajya (magazine), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. - For further clarification, see WP:lead which says "]
The lead serves as an introduction to the article and a summary of its most important contents.
" (emphasis mine). As a summary, repeating what is in the article body is perfectly normal. Whether the content you removed is significant enough for the lead and sufficiently summarised I make no comment, but "repetitive sentences" is clearly not a valid reason for removing something from the lead unless the repetition is happening in the lead itself. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Agnivesh, you may be blocked from editing. Tayi Arajakate Talk 04:11, 16 September 2020 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Jyotirao Phule. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. SUN EYE 1 03:11, 18 December 2020 (UTC)

- @Doug Weller: Are the DS alerts in one area not valid for another area? You gave one to this editor in August 2020 and giving a second one under a year from the last.. Why? Vikram Vincent 05:11, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- Actually, the above two templates concern DS alerts of the two different conflicting areas than the one about which Doug Weller alerted 6 months ago. Shankargb (talk) 05:30, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- It sounds like Vincenvikram knows they are in different areas already. In answer to Vincentvikram question, yes, DS alerts are only valid for the area they are given in. See Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions#aware.aware. The requirement is that people are aware that discretionary sanctions are in place for the specific area covered, not just in general. Being aware that there are discretionary sanctions for electronic cigarettes obviously doesn't mean you are aware they are also discretionary sanctions for the Shakespeare authorship question. Placenames
Please stop changing the names of places in our articles, to different names to those used as our article titles, as you did at
- The common name does not exist any more. I am not sure whether you visited Ayodhya recently. All the buses display the name as Ayodhya, Railway stations are known as Ayodhya and Ayodhya Cantt and the Airport shows the name Ayodhya International Airport. Only the wokes, libbies, lefties and anti-nationals are in denial mode even after the name change 5 years back. Shankargb (talk) 21:03, 30 January 2023 (UTC)
- Actually, "Ayodhya district" is so uncommon in reliable sources (as opposed to your anecdotal evidence] that Google Ngrams doesn't even recognise it. Dāsānudāsa (talk) 09:52, 31 January 2023 (UTC)
