Proposed deletion of Supertech Cape Town

The article Supertech Cape Town has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Sourced to one single article, apparently based on a press release, from 2010. I cannot find any independent coverage of the housing project. Lacks notability and appears to be mainly promotional.
