The page has not been deleted, your contribution is still there in the history, but another editor,
You can still get to the article: if you click on Luis Beethoven Galvez you are taken to Tristitia but at the top of the page, just under the title, it will say "(Redirected from Luis Beethoven Galvez)" and clicking there will take you back to the article, where you have access to the history, and to the talk page, also accessible directly at Talk:Luis Beethoven Galvez (still a "redlink" because there is nothing in it yet). That talk page is the place to discuss what sort of content the article would need to stand on its own, or you could start the discussion on DoriSmith's talk page.
