I'm not sure what you're doing on User talk:The Banner, but it doesn't sound very friendly--and stuff like this, "ou seem to exploit the psychological uncertainties in other users to propagate your untruth into the Work. This makes me wonder: Did you manipulate any SQL experts into silence lately?" that's not borderline: those are personal attacks, and they are blockable. The Banner asked you a simple question: what article are you talking about. I suggest you answer that, and that you refrain from any more personal attacks. Thank you.
