Introductory sentence

Hi. Welcome, again. I have declined the speedy deletion nomination on your article, because I do not agree that it is promotional.

It would be improved by an introductory sentence starting "Microalgal bacterial flocs are... " to introduce the subject, before explaining the problem they are to solve.
