Explaining
I patrolled your page. I went through the enormously-backlogged list of newly-created pages and confirmed that your page was okay: not spam, not an attack page, not a copyright violation, not any of the other reasons for which I would delete someone's page without asking. Then I clicked "patrolled" to remove it from the list of "pages that have not yet been patrolled", and moved on to the next entry. That's all. DS (talk) 16:45, 28 May 2015 (UTC)

Response to your message on my talk page
Hi SoftwareNinja, and thanks for your message! I had to look up what this was about since I didn't remember the article in question. I tagged Buffalo747's article for deletion because it was essentially the same article as one that had been deleted after a deletion discussion, and just as you observe, IssueTrak had been protected from re-creation.
However, I did not tag the draft article for deletion - those notes were left by other editors (in fact, one automated bot and one human editor, from what I can tell from User talk:Buffalo747). And it seems that that draft, Draft:IssueTrak, has already been deleted, back in January, so you don't need to worry about duplicating their work.
I see that you have used the Articles for Creation process to create a new article, which is a good idea. However, you should also bring this up with the administrator who deleted
But as I say, start by contacting ItsZippy, and mention that the article in question was deleted in this discussion. Hope this helps somewhat. Cheers, --bonadea contributions talk 21:12, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
