Three things on this: first, please note that putting the original text of the paper into a quote box, without a cite after it, is close to copyright infringement in that context. I have decided against redacting the revisions, but we really should use our own words when possible. Second, the paper is not really written in English that scans anyway; the reason I started on the cleanup of the section was that it did not really make much sense, and that seems to be because the paper has a good number of English errors. That doesn't in and of itself mean that the source is unreliable, but we should be careful with it. Third, it seems like it will be important to point out why we should be concerned with the opinions of that particular hospital on the matter of diagnosis, when we have broader guidelines published by the WHO.
