Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your lead section should be unheaded and summaries the article, at the moment it just says what the company sells, which looks very spammy, put in what makes it notable, the number of subscribers and the company's worth or revenue, and move most of the business model down into the text. I've removed some obviously unsuitable refs such as Wikipedia, YouTube and Phan's own website

Phan has here own article, and I've removed some of the stuff bout her that doesn't seem to relate to the title of this article

spell out and link Bay Area, NYC, and LA, not all your readers are Americans.
