A previous account at this name was warned and blocked earlier today for a username violation. That account was renamed to HoneyBear2010. A new account with the violating name was created not long after the original account vacated the name. Thus I am blocking this account for the same username violation as the previous account on this title. I am making no accusations of sockpuppetry, but believe that since this was a new user in both cases, the person probably did not understand how the software worked, or the StauntonRecreation name truly was being used as a departmental Wikipedia account. Either way, a block on the username should rectify the problems, and HoneyBear2010 should have no problems if they do not use Wikipedia for advertising or promotion.
