Founded in September 2006, Death Company [DC] is Sri Lanka’s first serious, properly organized themed

gaming clan
. It was the dream of Shanil [Daelin] Wickramasinghe and Lohita [Anoren] Goonatilleke, two young gaming enthusiasts. They together with their college friends Teague [Munky] Gray and Radeepan [Blade] Kanapathipillai formed Death Company with the vision of taking Sri Lankan gaming in to new heights under a single competitive banner.

Since its launch the clan has grown from 10 to more than 50 members within a year. The clan caters to a wide range of gamers in different locations and different age groups. (Currently covering a range from 13 – 30)

The Royal Flush
Each house / suit (Spades, Clubs, Hearts, Diamonds) lead by the Aces have four officials to assist and support the Aces and their respective suit to carry out their duties. The position namely in the order of ascending is 10, Jack, Queen, and King. These positions can be filled by any member by applying for them. Each suite has its own requirements and persona. The candidates should meet the requirements of each suite to be able to fill in the positions.

The Suite of Spades: The Administrator
The only suit to have more mythical relations to death than any other symbol, Spades carries a powerful presence.

Our goal is not to issue orders, but to lead them through thick and thin, raising Death Company notch by notch. Our goal is not to police others, but to augment their contribution to Death Company by providing clear and clean guidelines for their operations. Our goal is neither to praise nor to punish, but to realize and recognize where praise is due, and where more effort is needed. Our goal is not to break rules and traditions but to encourage broader thinking and innovation.

Our goal is strength.
Our goal is determination.
Our goal is perfection.
Our goal is to make Death Company what it should be.

The Suit of Spades is home to those who believe in dynamism, strength and persistence. Members of the Suit must be enterprising, have good leading qualities, and be passionate and enthusiastic about both their responsibilities as well as their gaming. One must not only have a vision, but also a methodology in how to make that dreams a reality.

The Suite of Clubs: The Aggressor

The suit of clubs is known to be the most aggressive and dominating suite in the deck of cards; the suit's symbol itself portrays a hint of its violent nature. The Suit of Clubs envisions bravery and the dominant "clubbing" of your opponent/foe proving that we will not be silenced and we shall either fight to win or go down fighting.

The Suit of Clubs looks for brave, aggressive, patient, skilful assassins with the mindset of being powerful in attack and humble in following orders as well as standing by your allies during times of peril and times of glory.. In these words I would like to stress on the importance of respect that should be shown to higher authorities whilst causing pure carnage.

Representing a legacy of wealth, tactical skill and an unyielding nature to gain the advantage over its advisories... The Suit of Diamonds is for those who believe in wealth, strength in unity and above all, that intellect skill is the key in gaming.
