The current version is actually a command-line PHP script that works by sorting a huge CSV file generated directly from the XML dumps (so it could more easily be broken into sub-tasks to run on individual nodes in a cluster) but I no longer have access to the same cluster hardware as I did before, and will be rewriting it as a more standard SQL query soon. I'll publish the code at

It is a statement by the affected Hungarian ministries (foreign and justice). It is very short and doesn't really say much - Hungary acted in accordance with international laws, respects Armenian traditions and culture, and is saddened by the suspension of diplomatic relations.
