Editing a BLP

I don't want to delete the material or mention the person publicly because I'm concerned that this may worsen the situation. How should I proceed? Thanks.

Your email has a problem

I tried just now to email you (though only to apologise for delay and say I would give a real reply tomorrow), but the email was rejected with the message:

"Your message to <address redacted> was automatically rejected:

Quota exceeded (mailbox for user is full)"
