Regarding your undoing of my revision to the article for "Cricut" here https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Cricut&oldid=prev&diff=1012276871 I feel that it's unjustified that you completely removed my revision, rather than modified it to fit Wikipedia standards. The situation did happen, and it was a big deal at the time (may still be for new users), so people should be able to research it. Additionally, the first reference is a statement from the Cricut company itself regarding the situation. Admittedly, the links that use Reddit as a reference could be problematic, but one must realize that, at the time of writing, this was an ongoing situation with an active discussion amongst users. Nonetheless, by completely removing it rather than tweaking it, leaving a discussion, etc., you've prevented people entirely from reading and having knowledge about the situation. Please consider whether it's possible to make something work before just undoing someone's changes like thisĀ :(

Exactly, and I've readded it later now that
reliable sources started covering it. An event that is "current" is not an excuse to use such unreliable sources. Nor is it any excuse to add any content and say "don't remove it, I'll add sources later" when all you really had to do is wait for such sources, assuming the edit also complies with other Wikipedia's policies... theinstantmatrix (talk) 02:19, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply
