Hello. Thanks for notifying me about the issue with the article. It's my first experience and even though I did spend quite a long time reading about the proper formatting I expected some further improvement might be needed. But the issue turned out to be related to the topic itself. I'll be more cautious if this happens to be unworthy to be published. As of now, I don't think I have anything to say in that discussion you've linked so will just wait till the decision by more experienced contributors (or whoever is deciding) is made.
