Unspecified source for Image:Billy_Thorpe_Headshot.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Billy_Thorpe_Headshot.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then you need to specify who owns the copyright, please. If you got it from a website, then a link to the website where it was taken from with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{

This is your only warning. The next time you make a personal attack as you did at [[:User talk:Punkmorten]], you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people.

This is in regard to this edit. --Elkman (Elkspeak) 16:42, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, I'm not helping anyone fight their battles. I don't even know

pretty clear policy against personal attacks. To use a football analogy here, you're engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct. Knock it off. --Elkman (Elkspeak) 13:12, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply

Greetings

I reverted your page blanking. Page blanking is frowned upon, by the way the same goes for personal attacks. Cheers, Punkmorten 13:07, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit to User talk:Black-Velvet constitutes a personal attack. Messages like what you left - this - are frowned upon by the community. Please don't repeat that again, you are likely to be blocked.

New Challenge for Oceania and Australia

Hi,

Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge which has currently produced over 2300 article improvements and creations. The Australia challenge would feed into the wider region one and potentially New Zealand could have a smaller challenge too. The main goal is content improvement, tackling stale old stubs and important content and improving sourcing/making more consistent but new articles are also welcome if sourced. I understand that this is a big goal for regular editors, especially being summertime where you are, but if you'd like to see large scale quality improvements happening for Oceania and Australia like The Africa Destubathon, which has produced over 1700 articles in 5 weeks, sign up on the page. The idea will be an ongoing national editathon/challenge for the region but fuelled by a series of contests to really get articles on every province and subject mass improved. The Africa contest scaled worldwide would naturally provide great benefits to Oceania countries, particularly Australia and attract new editors. I would like some support from existing editors here to get the Challenges off to a start with some articles to make doing a Destubathon worthwhile and potentially bring about hundreds of improvements in a few weeks through a contest! Cheers.♦ --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:12, 24 November 2016 (UTC)[reply
