I looked at newspapers.com, and added everything I could find for the periods that were not listed. For the record, it appears that by 1971, you are more likely to find summer ratings reports in newspapers, and from 1965 onward, accounts of the top of regular season rating reports are more common.
One other thing I wish I could find is the final seasonal TV ratings for every show from 1970-71 past the top 30 because that is the year of the rural purge. Someone added that All in the Family was 34th in its abbreviated first season with no citation, and I have not been able to find out where they found that.
