I believe these links are considered spam because they have links to commercial sites embedded in them, since they are hosted on YouTube. This is unfortunate, because the interviews themselves seem relevant to the articles and are hosted on an Academy of Television Arts & Sciences website. Not trying to spam. My hope is that people will reference these interviews and enhance the wikipedia articles themselves.....
