  • Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.

Spider-Man: No Way Home

Why did you undo my edit on the article Spider-Man: No Way Home ? Spider-Man: Homecoming was released in June-July 2017, Spider-Man: Far From home was released in June-July 2019, so it was logic that Spider-Man: No Way Home would be released in June-July 2021, at the same interval. It would be relevant to highlight that it is because of the COVID-19 pandemic that this interval hasn't been respected. My edit wasn't vandalism at all. -- Calvinsky (talk) 08:37, 3 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Never said it was vandalism, just unneeded information. Covid release delays are already mentioned in the article.

List formatting on Wikipedia

Hey, @UnderIrae! Despite my frequent copy editing, I've only interacted with other users on Wikipedia a handful of times, so I hope I'm following the right protocols here. Based on my understanding of Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Lists#Format list items consistently, there should not be a period at the end of items in a list that are not full sentences, so I make changes accordingly:

When the items are sentence fragments, the list is usually preceded by introductory material and a colon. Items may be given with initial lowercase or in sentence case. No final punctuation is used in most cases.

Am I misinterpreting this? JustAMuggle (talk) 16:48, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I guess that's fine, it just struck me as arbitrary, because why remove only that period? There are a lot of items in that list that aren't full sentences. So, to me it was a case of being consistent. But feel free to make your changes, I won't revert it again if you think it's an appropriate change. UnderIrae (talk) 17:05, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
