And I've deleted the redirect twice now. With those leading and trailing equals, it's simply not a useful name. Not for an article, and not for a redirect. The content was moved to Matrix ordinary differential equations by someone else, none of your actual work was deleted. This is all about the name of the article, not the contents, and whether the old name has any value to the project as a redirect to the new name. My contention is that it (the name) has none, and thus it was delete. But, to stress again, your article was not deleted, just moved to the new name. - TexasAndroid (talk) 20:31, 4 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use Image:Modern day Armavir streets.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Modern day Armavir streets.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. Possibly unfree File:Cosino and a Bowling Center, Armavir.jpg
The tag is still on there because the discussion has not yet been closed by an administrator. When they do close, if the decision is to keep the image, the tag will be removed at that point. I can't do it because I started the discussion; it's best if an uninvolved admin checks out the situation. (ESkog)(Talk) 01:24, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
There's a really good, simple explanation of your choices at
this policy page. Just pick the one you want and tag it on images you upload. We'll take any of those as free licenses, but they differ in some details which may or may not matter to you. (ESkog)(Talk) 02:08, 27 May 2009 (UTC)[reply
