When you create albums and are doing the track listing, if you start each track with a hash (no numbers after it), it automatically numbers them for you. Like "#Track 1", "#Track 2", etc.
I've done about 100-odd album articles, believe me, it pays to know these tips from the start. Like this:
- Track 1
- Track 2, etc
