I changed the source from yahoo news because generally Wikipedia avoids using yahoo news links because they become dead links after 2-3 months. You can use any source you want, but please avoid yahoo news because it will be unusable in a few months. EkoGraf (talk) 13:12, 16 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ayn al-Ashara

Reliable source Al Masdar not said that this village taken SAA and not said that map which was put in artcile showed correct situation in Latakia source not support data from this map which was taken from amateur pro-SAA sourcehere. But according the one of main rules of edit clear said:

Copying from maps is strictly prohibited. Maps from mainstream media are approximate and therefore unreliable for any edit. Maps from amateur sources are below the standards of Wikipedia for any edit. They violate WP:RS and
WP:CIRCULAR
.

WP:RS: “Anyone can create a personal web page or publish their own book, and also claim to be an expert in a certain field. For that reason, self-published media, such as books, patents, newsletters, personal websites, open wikis, personal or group blogs, Internet forum postings, and tweets, are largely not acceptable as sources.” Source: Wikipedia:Verifiability#Self-published_sources
WP:CIRCULAR: “Do not use websites that mirror Wikipedia content or publications that rely on material from Wikipedia as sources.”here We can't use any maps from the any sources as a source for edit. I hope for your understanding and that you will comply with the established rules for editing. Sûriyeya (talk) 12:48, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
