Indic scripts
Hi, I realise that you mean well but
consensus
is that scripts in the official language of the place may be added in the lead section and/or the infobox. I have just noticed that the guideline does not say that, which explains your confusion and probably the confusion of other people also!
I will try to find the relevant discussion at
