Please stop!

Hi ... Please stop removing players from the MLB roster pages if they're still on the 40-man rosters. Just because they are optioned to a minor league team, doesn't mean they are no longer on the 40-man roster. Thanks. --Sanfranman59 00:08, 20 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Unproductive new article monitoring

You have placed an A7 tag on K Ja Nu 29 seconds after it was created. Did you even read it? Please stop doing this immediately - this is an encyclopedia, not a shooting range. Please treat other users' work with respect. -- Y not? 05:44, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You misunderstood what was happening with that page. Wikipedia:WikiProject Dictionary of National Biography is engaged in importing articles from Wikisource to work on here. Wikisource keeps the reference material, while the article here is categorised, edited further, has other references and images added, and so on. Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Stop doing these mass edits that are partial updates to the census. You're confusing between years. You failed to do any previews, you're orphaning references, and some of them need to be redone.[1]Smuckola(talk) 16:04, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I am not confusing between years. I am removing old 2019 orphan references if I see them. So provide proof or stop attacking me with false allegations you asshole.

misspelled orphan pages

Hi. While I understand that you have good intentions, it is not helpful to link pages that are orphaned because they are misspelled without fixing the misspelling, as you did with "Carabus hummeli hummeli", a misspelling of Carabus hummelii hummelii, or "Calosoma nyassicus", a misspelling of Calosoma nyassicum. Please, if an article has a misspelled title, fix the title by moving the article to the correct spelling, and that usually will de-orphan it. The way you're doing it creates a lot more work. Thanks, Dyanega (talk) 18:14, 29 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

  • To Johnjbarton (talk) I dispute the undoing of edits and that it is too soon and demand a third-party arbitration (and someone who is not one of your Wiki "friends") to make a decision. User:Wabbit98, August 12, 2024

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Azadeh Bokaie Dadgar, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Arak.
