Hello, the joining of Sweden into NATO or the Transitional Government change in Haiti were also not explicit territorial changes to the world map, but they are still listed on the page and have been for months. If you would like a page that explicitly only allows border/territorial/geographical name changes on it's list, I highly recommend List of national border changes (1914–present).
