- You can file a request for a change of username; this will first require that you post {{unblock}} here on your talkpage.
- You can abandon this account and start over with a new one (preferably, one whose name does not indicate domestic violence). This is administratively simpler, but will mean that the edits made with this account will no longer be attributed to you.
- You can walk away from the project in disgust.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
