• Most of these are unsourced, but the rest are all primary sources
• I'm not sure there's much merit to keeping this in and certainly not as a bulleted list—many people with some academic expertise deliver lectures, they're not particularly notable

I agree with everything that HJ Mitchell stated above. A few additional points:

• You say that one of her books is a finalist for the Benjamin Franklin Book of the Year Award, but the reference links to the website's top level. You should link to the year-specific page with that particular book and probably mention that in the lede as in "Her book .... was a finalist for the whatever-year ..."'.
• The article could use some citations to articles mainly about her instead of just in passing. For example, her Expertizing.com has a mention of her in the January 2005 issue of Fortune Small Business. If you could find citation for that, that would help the article.
• Or citations to reviews of her books, which would help establish her notability.
• Probably should remove "publishing expert" from the lede unless you can find a citation that backs up the claim that she an expert.
• Use
  citation templates
  . It makes the citations look better instead of just a link farm looking list.
• You have no links to anything in the article.
• The book titles should be italicized per
  WP:MOS-T
  .

You have what could be a notable person, but it on the gray side. Being the director of the International Association of Writers, but only if that group itself is notable.
