Moved controversial material to a section entitled "Controversy"

I have removed non-neutral material from the "History" section and moved it to a "Controversy" section. Please see the BLP (Biography of LIving Persons) guidelines if you have any questions about this. The controversial and defamatory allegations that have been repeatedly inserted into the "History" section of this article properly belong in a separate section called "Controversy."
