A tag has been placed on
speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read
our criteria for speedy deletion , particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as
notability guidelines for websites . Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and put a note on Talk:WaTunes . Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. TexMurphy 06:44, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[ reply ]

guide to writing your first article
.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{ hangon }}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria
for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -

The content pertains to a notable person who has done a notable feet. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Xandus (talk • contribs )
I've removed the speedy. As of now, the subject doesn't meet the requirements of WP:MUSIC. You should try to get the article to meet some more requirements or else it might get tagged again. -

Hi Xandus. I looked at File:Kevin Rivers.jpg and everything seems to be in good order. Cheers, F ASTILY (TALK ) 01:11, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[ reply ]
Hello, Xandus … I recently encountered the article about
violates a copyright
.
I am considering tagging Deletion policy
… I do not have time to examine the article in depth at the moment, and it may improve over time, in which case this warning was premature.
I have created this initial entry on your Talk page because you are either the original author of the article, or else a recent contributor to it; I will leave more detailed information regarding my specific concerns about the article on its Discussion page … please respond either there or on this Talk page, instead of on my Talk page, in order to avoid fragmenting the conversation.
Be sure to read
notability
of the article's subject.
I do not mean to imply that your contribution is unappreciated … perhaps you should read
Starting an article
… and remember, there was a time when I knew less about how Wikipedia works than you know right now.
To better understand why I have used this template, please read Flag templates for deletion warnings ... I realize that some of the expressed possible concerns may not be appropriate in this case. Happy Editing! — 138.88.7.48 (talk · contribs ) 06:47, 12 July 2009 (UTC) [ reply ]
Hi there,
I am currently updating the Kevin Rivers biography with relevant and verifiable data. Please outline which data you deem is unverifiable and I'd be more than happy to verify all my sources and data. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Xandus (talk • contribs ) 16:25, 12 July 2009
To quote from reliable source" … web sites associated with the subject are
by definition primary sources , and are thus neither "secondary" nor "independent" … you need to find coverage from a publication like
Billboard , or some other respectable trade journal or news service. —
