- It was written in Chinese, but you created it on English Wikipedia.
- Both Pólya enumeration theorem and Burnside's lemma already have articles on English and Chinese Wikipedia.
- The connection between the two theorems is already covered in Pólya enumeration theorem; there is no need for a separate article.
