Reason: It is the surname of the person, and he is probably the only internationally-known, notable person to bear that name. Common way to search for information on him.

Target of redirect: The Section Quartet
Reason: Common abbreviation of band name. NOTE A DISAMBIGUATION PAGE WOULD BE BETTER THAN A STRAIGHT REDIRECT.
Reason: The article on MECO contains information about ECOs, the more generalized form, so the singular and plural forms should redirect there. Since the acronym exists, the capitalized forms should also exist as redirects. A redirect from the requested name already exists in an alternate capitalization:
Reason: several rocket articles use the disambiguator "(rocket)", so this would work if people forget that the disambiguator to this article is different, because it's a rocket series, and not a particular rocket line.

Reason: When I wanted to search for information about serialized dramas, I tried "serialized drama", and was surprised to find the information in another article. This redirect should fix the problem for future users.
Reason: alternate names + alternate spellings - there's the Fourth Cambridge Survey so it is logical to have the "survey" form for redirects

Target of redirect:
29th Ranger Battalion
Reason: Sometimes in the army, battalions-and larger units-are referred to as their number and the type of unit, not necessarily the unit level-for ex. 7th Artillery might be the 7th Artillery Brigade, so the 29th Rangers are the same as the 29th Ranger Battalion.
