Delete all I'm confused by 1927 in American television especially. The founding of CBS's predecessor as a radio company is not really about television. The only one with only one item on it is is 1926 in American television. And I said, short list can be merged to a large one if necessary. Did you only notice the things listed in events and not the births section? Dream Focus 15:13, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Even adding the births, that's still barely a "list". Just about everything involving television prior to 1940ish could probably fit on one list because the medium was still in development. But given that no other lists exist between 1930 and 1972, I'm not convinced that any of these lists meet

There are a lot of valid concerns voiced here, but I'm confused why deleting everything in bulk is even an option being considered? Why not merge all salvageable pieces into something like 1920s in American television instead? Or indeed, into a timeline of early American television as Reywas suggested above, if 1920s still don't have enough information for a separate page?—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); June 3, 2022; 19:49 (UTC)

Even if you combined all these lists into one, there'd still be a very small number of "events" that actually qualify as pertaining to the history of television. Furthermore, the timeline jumps all the way ahead to the mid 70s, so unless someone fills in those gaps it'd look imbalanced.
