- Delete. The subject would have to succeed in an actual competition, a prestigious regional competition such as the African Games or Commonwealth Games would have been enough. His Nigerian record in hurdles is not a good record in the athletics world, and we have thousands of national record holders ineligible for Wikipedia inclusion. - Why is a relay runner who didn't compete on the African scene, known in the "African World"? This is so counter-intuituve that is has to be proven. He retired several years ago, so won't get any more coverage for athleticism.
