- Keep Notable scholar per WP:NAUTHOR, 4 (d) says, "been represented within the permanent collections of several notable galleries or museums." I argue that the subject's works are permanent collections of Library of Congress, see VIAF, WorldCat which says, "15 works in 25 publications in 2 languages and 141 library holdings". Merely, a subject does not have much online coverage, does not make him non notable. The subject and his works being cited 1, 2. If time permits, I will find out out offline coverage.
