There is no actual claim to meeting notability guidelines. Being a signer of the role of distinguished stamp collectors is an honor, but it does not seem to meet our notability guidelines, since we do not find indepdent coverage of it. I did several searches. What I found is that some of the links to this article were really meant to go to Alma Theodora Lee, who seems to be the more common usage of "Alma Lee", so even if we keep this article it should not longer be the primary use of Alma Lee. GNG requires independent sources, and the stamp collecting societies own publicatiion honoring those it gives an honor to is not an indepdent source for establishing notability. I see no way to show notability here, and my searches for additional sources turned up nothing. Her one publication is not enough to establish her as a notable writer, so we have nothing here.
