Comment I've seen. What part of the nomination there ("These articles' content is copy-pasted from 2nd Bangladesh National Film Awards, with the only individual content the lists of winners which are unreferenced. There is no indication the individual editions of the Bangladesh National Fim Awards are independently notable, and the lists of winners, if sourced, could be merged into a single list article") applies here? Comment If it were referenced, this would be a reasonable
WP:SPINOFF from National Film Awards (Bangladesh) as that article would become too large if the lists from each award were merged there. This split article approach is common for film awards.
