• Delete per nom, and seconding the apparent CIR issues. The citations for this article read like the editor simply searched "Sudhan" in Google Scholar and added a citation to every result, regardless of content. Searching myself for terms like "Baral" 1956, "Baral Agreement", etc on Google Scholar and Google Books returned nothing useful. _signed, Rosguill ^talk 15:27, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
