The result was redirect to Broward County Public Schools. Sources have not been shown to meet GNG. Appreciation extended to those who have attempted to find and add sources. There is no long-standing (previous or present) consensus that elementary schools are inherently notable. • Keep. It meets the notability requirements due to news coverage. That meets the reliable secondary source requirement of Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline with numerous sources.^[1][2] Most notably, it has received the Green Ribbon School Award from the United States Department of Education.^[3]

• Keep, I guess. Even though it is a Montessori school, I guess it is apparently a public school (within the Broward County Public Schools system) which I think is unusual, so the article could/should be developed more. The Broward County Public Schools merely lists about 100 schools by name, and merging material to there seems inappropriate to me; it would be undue coverage of just one of the schools. There are sources in the article in addition to the two suggested above, including this about the school getting one of a few dozen Green awards nation-wide. --Doncram (talk) 14:55, 30 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Sun-Sentinel article is about an individual and the New Times article as much about the entire district as this school. There are not "numerous sources" identified here. Doncram, thank you, you have correctly reported the content of the policy which I know off by heart. 'Redirect' is one of the perfectly standard, accepted, and listed closure types for AfD. I am sure that the closer will accord due weight to your vote. However, taking my comment out of context, and discrediting the policy as being inappropriate towards building consensus during this AfD, are misleading to any future voters here.
