Delete. I can't find reviews or coverage in places that Wikipedia would see as reliable. It looks like this film flew pretty solidly under the radar. It was certainly released with no fanfare as a direct to video movie. As for the reviews above, most are from self-published blogs and the like - The Schlock Pit is probably the most usable out of all of those, but one review wouldn't be enough on its own to keep the article.
