There is no such thing as "C miscellaneous operations" in the C standard Library - its maybe

- Speedy Delete. I'm sole contributor of this article. This article was created only because during a recent reorganization of articles about C standard library I felt a need for gradual transition without completely removing mentions of functions that before had full articles about them. So delete it now, I will merge some bits to relevant articles later. Thanks! ]
