Non-notable political party; I suspect a one-woman project by User:Deborahnoblet. Its website has been dead for years and it has no mentions on the internet besides Wikipedia clones. The only version of its website available at archive.org states that "The Community Party intends to stand in elections across Europe" (signed, Debbie) but I don't think that ever happened.
