This person is not notable in PROF, not cited very much, not any sources about this person only RetroS1mone talk 06:02, 27 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep Um, he totally meets chronic fatigue syndrome. He also meets #5 "The person holds or has held a named chair appointment or "Distinguished Professor" appointment at a major institution of higher education and research", for having been named chairperson of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Advisory Committee by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. You could make a case for #3, because of him being a board member of the International Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. So...yeah. SilverserenC 06:33, 27 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep Many published articles and citations to Bells work comes up on Google scholar. Search "DS Bell" chronic fatigue syndrome for a start.[1] He has also been recognized by national news articles for his work.[2][3][4] among others. Ward20 (talk) 05:29, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep He not only meets WP:BASIC because of the many newspaper, broadcast media and publications which reference him. -- TerryE (talk) 07:19, 28 April 2010 (UTC) updated TerryE (talk) 08:15, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep Agree with Ward and Terry, he certainly meets WP:PROF and several published articles come up on Google scholar. StevieNic (talk) 08:27, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. Terry has it right. He meets, WP:GNG. I see no policy-based reason to delete this. Alzarian16 (talk) 15:04, 4 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
